One-Time:
Introductory Questionnaire and Call – Solid Cactus will send client an introductory questionnaire to better understand the client’s business and industry. Solid Cactus will then conduct a thirty (30) minute introductory call with client to review the Social Media monthly management, schedule the monthly account update call or email, and answer any follow-up questions.
Social Media Roadmap - After the introductory call, Solid Cactus will compile a Social Media Roadmap document on behalf of the client's Social Media campaign, outlining the campaign's launch date, Social Media deliverables, monthly process, success metrics, and other important Solid Cactus Social Media information. This will be completed and sent to the client approximately 3-5 business days after the introductory call.
Monthly Recurring:
Social Media Account Management - Solid Cactus will provide the Client with the following account management services:
- Monthly Account Update Call/Email: Solid Cactus will provide the client with a thirty (30) minute monthly Social Media account update phone call (or email, if preferred) to discuss the Social Media strategy, completed deliverables, Social Media results thus far, expansion opportunities, or anything relating to contract deliverables.
- Biweekly Account Update Email: Solid Cactus will provide the client with a biweekly account update via email twice per month. This communication will focus on completed deliverables, strategy questions, campaign results, or anything relating to contract deliverables.
- Monthly Social Media Report: Solid Cactus will provide the client with a monthly social media report outlining the social media management performed and results obtained.
- Social Media Consulting: Solid Cactus will provide the client with one (1) hour of Social Media consulting each month. It is the client's responsibility to schedule any consulting phone calls with the Social Media Account Manager in advance. Solid Cactus will respond to the client's phone call requests or email communication in a timely manner. Social Media consulting can take the form of answering client Social Media or SEO questions, advising the client on Social Media best practices and Social Media recommendations, providing analytics or Google Webmaster Tools analysis, and other Social Media questions or advice sought by the Client. The Client is responsible for implementing the Social Media recommendations and advice. Each call/email received will be billed in fifteen (15) minute increments. Unused hours from each month will not roll over to the next month. Client may purchase additional consulting hours at $75/hr.
- Social Media Management: Please choose from one of the following social media sites for Solid Cactus to manage on behalf of the Client. Management of this social media site will continue for the duration of the contract term. Each additional site is $350 per month for social media management.

Month 1: Facebook Page Creation and Strategy + Facebook Engagement
Facebook Page Creation and Social Media Roadmap:
This phase will take approximately 7-10 days from the start of Month 1 to complete. Solid Cactus will create or edit the current Facebook Business Page on behalf of the Client to reasonably reflect the Client’s website presence. The Page will consist of populating the “Profile Photo”, "Basic Facebook Cover Photo", “Info”, “Photos”, “Wall”, and enabling the “Recommendations” section.
Facebook Profile Image – Solid Cactus will design and implement one (1) profile image on the client’s Facebook page. Image will be designed based on client logo, product image, or image supplied by client focusing on branding and aesthetic value. This service includes a single concept with no revisions.
Basic Facebook Cover Photo – Solid Cactus will design and implement one (1) cover photo on the client’s Facebook page. Image will be designed based on client branding and aesthetic value. This service includes a single concept with no revisions.
Social Media Roadmap - Solid Cactus will also compile the Social Media Roadmap and send to the client, outlining the social media work to be completed, objectives to be obtained, results metrics, and Account Manager procedures.
Facebook Engagement:
Upon the completion of the Facebook Business Page’s creation or editing, Solid Cactus will actively maintain the Client Facebook Page by updating the Page three times per week with status messages to best engage the Facebook fans of the Client, links to the Client website, images from the Client website, and other posts aimed to engage and cultivate Facebook fans and represent the Client brand.
Month 2: Facebook Boost + Facebook Engagement
Facebook Boost Campaign:
Solid Cactus will create a Facebook boost campaign using Facebook’s paid ads to increase the amount of “Likes” for the page and spread brand awareness. Solid Cactus will develop a demographic and geographic audience targeting plan and create corresponding ads. Solid Cactus will manage the Facebook ads throughout Month Two (2). Client is responsible for continuing to manage and fund the Facebook ads after Month Two (2), if client should decide to continue with them. Otherwise, Solid Cactus will pause the ads at the conclusion of Month Two (2).
Facebook Engagement:
Solid Cactus will actively maintain the Client Facebook Page by updating the Page three times per week with status messages to best engage the Facebook fans of the Client, links to the Client website, images from the Client website, and other posts aimed to engage and cultivate Facebook fans and represent the Client brand.
Month 3: Facebook Promotion Creation + Facebook Promotoed Posts + Facebook Engagement
Facebook Promotion Creation:
Solid Cactus will work with the Client on a Facebook promotion to spread awareness, build customer loyalty, and encourage visitation to the website, in accordance with Facebook best practices. Client should be willing to conduct a promotion, such as a contest for a product giveaway, coupon code, or website gift certificate in order to increase brand exposure. Should the Client not be interested in a Facebook promotion, Client and Account Manager will work on another appropriate Facebook strategy point in Month Three (3) instead.
Facebook Promoted Posts:
Solid Cactus will create a Facebook Promoted Post campaign using Facebook’s paid ad platform to increase the amount of exposure for individual page posts and build awareness. Solid Cactus will manage the Promoted Posts throughout Month Three (3). Client is responsible for continuing to manage and fund the Promoted Posts after Month Three (3), if client should decide to continue with them. Otherwise, Solid Cactus will pause the ads at the conclusion of Month Three (3).
Facebook Engagement:
Solid Cactus will actively maintain the Client Facebook Page by updating the Page three times per week with status messages to best engage the Facebook fans of the Client, links to the Client website, images from the Client website, and other posts aimed to engage and cultivate Facebook fans and represent the Client brand.
Month 4: Facebook Boost + Facebook Engagement
Facebook Boost Campaign:
Similar to Month Two (2), Solid Cactus will create a Facebook boost campaign using Facebook’s paid ads to increase the amount of “Likes” for the page and spread brand awareness. Solid Cactus will develop a demographic and geographic audience targeting plan and create corresponding ads. Solid Cactus will manage the Facebook ads throughout Month Four (4). Client is responsible for continuing to manage and fund the Facebook ads after Month Four (4), if client should decide to continue with them. Otherwise, Solid Cactus will pause the ads at the conclusion of Month Four (4).

Solid Cactus will actively maintain the Client Facebook Page by updating the Page three times per week with status messages to best engage the Facebook fans of the Client, links to the Client website, images from the Client website, and other posts aimed to engage and cultivate Facebook fans and represent the Client brand.
Month 5: FB Connections + Facebook Promoted Posts + Facebook Engagement
FB Connections:
Solid Cactus will research and identify ten (10) related, non-competing Facebook Pages and will “Like” these pages on behalf of the Client Facebook Page in order to expose the Client’s page to a potentially new base of fans. Solid Cactus will write a short comment on the Wall of each of these ten (10) pages to introduce the Client Facebook Page and propel the fans to “Like” the Client Facebook Page.
Facebook Promoted Posts:
Similar to Month Three (3), Solid Cactus will create a Facebook Promoted Post campaign using Facebook’s paid ad platform to increase the amount of exposure for individual page posts and spread brand awareness. Solid Cactus will manage the Promoted Posts throughout Month Five (5). Client is responsible for continuing to manage and fund the Promoted Posts after Month Five (5), if client should decide to continue with them. Otherwise, Solid Cactus will pause the ads at the conclusion of Month Five (5).
Facebook Engagement:
Solid Cactus will actively maintain the Client Facebook Page by updating the Page three times per week with status messages to best engage the Facebook fans of the Client, links to the Client website, images from the Client website, and other posts aimed to engage and cultivate Facebook fans and represent the Client brand.
Month 6: Facebook Boost Campaign + Facebook Engagement
Facebook Boost Campaign:
Similar to Month Two (2) and Month Four (4), Solid Cactus will create a Facebook boost campaign using Facebook’s paid ads to increase the amount of “Likes” for the page and spread brand awareness. Solid Cactus will manage the Facebook ads throughout Month Six (6). Client is responsible for continuing to manage and fund the Facebook ads after Month Six (6), if client should decide to continue with them. Otherwise, Solid Cactus will pause the ads at the conclusion of Month Six (6).
Facebook Engagement:
Solid Cactus will actively maintain the Client Facebook Page by updating the Page three times per week with status messages to best engage the Facebook fans of the Client, links to the Client website, images from the Client website, and other posts aimed to engage and cultivate Facebook fans and represent the Client brand.
Continuation:
Facebook is an ongoing marketing initiative that must be regularly updated and added upon to cultivate additional “Likes” and result in engagement with the website. This is a six (6) month auto-renewing contract, requiring the Client to grant Solid Cactus 30 days written notice should the Client not want to renew the contract after six (6) months. Should the client renew, the monthly fee will be the same as the first six (6) months, with monthly Facebook Engagement + the recommended Facebook marketing method most ideal for the Client’s business that month (Facebook boost campaign, promotions/contests, Facebook Connections, etc), as determined by the Solid Cactus and Client strategy.
- Twitter Management:
Twitter Profile Image – Solid Cactus will design and implement one (1) profile image on the client’s Twitter page. Image will be designed based on client logo, product image, or image supplied by client based on branding and aesthetic value. This service includes a single concept with no revisions.
Twitter Palette Customization Image – Solid Cactus will customize the client’s Twitter background to reflect the client’s color palette, branding, and website aesthetics. This service includes a single concept with no revisions.
Solid Cactus will create a Twitter page for Client to reasonably reflect the Client website branding. Solid Cactus will cultivate Twitter followers by adding followers in accordance with the website’s demographic and intended audience. Solid Cactus will post twice per day and interact with other users by posting informative status messages relevant to the industry in which Client is in, posting links related to the Client products and industry, and replying to other tweets posted by Twitter users. Solid Cactus will work to add additional followers and engage the Twitter followers.
- Premium Pinterest Management:
Pinterest Profile Image – Solid Cactus will design and implement one (1) profile image on the client’s Pinterest page. Image will be designed based on client logo, product image, or image supplied by client based on branding and aesthetic value. This service includes a single concept with no revisions.
Pinterest Setup – Solid Cactus will send client an introductory questionnaire to better understand the client’s business and industry. Solid Cactus will then conduct an introductory call with client to review the Pinterest monthly management and answer any follow-up questions. After the call, Solid Cactus will create a Pinterest page that best fits with the client's brand, and will perform all Pinterest submissions under that page. Solid Cactus will also create an SEO-friendly Pinterest page URL which will include the client's brand name.
Client acknowledges that a personal Facebook account or Twitter account for the brand must be created prior to Pinterest page creation in order to authenticate the account. Solid Cactus must be given access to the client's Twitter or personal Facebook account for Pinterest page creation. If the client does not have an existing Twitter or Facebook account, Solid Cactus will create one for the client. The creation of the Facebook or Twitter account for Pinterest page authentication does not include any management or updates on behalf of the client's brand.
Premium Pinterest Monthly Recurring:
Monthly Board Creation– Solid Cactus will create one (1) new Pinterest board on the client's Pinterest page. Each board will focus around a theme and incorporate pin submissions from the client's site. The board may include other complementary images to reinforce the theme of the board.
Monthly Submissions - Solid Cactus will perform fifteen (15) Pinterest submissions each month for the duration of the contract. Each submission will have the following characteristics:
• Include one product image pulled from website
• Feature approximately two sentences of unique, descriptive text
• Include one keyword phrase related to the client’s website in the description
• Be posted to a Pinterest “board” on a topic related to the client’s products
- Google+ Page Management:
Solid Cactus will create a detailed Google+ engagement strategy in accordance with the Client’s website presence and branding, and tailor it to the Client’s individual business and goals.
Month 1: Google+ Page Setup and Strategy
One-Time:
Google+ Page Setup
Page Creation: Solid Cactus will create a Google+ Business Page on behalf of the Client to reasonably reflect the Client's website presence. The Google+ Page will consist of enabling and populating the page name, brand category, and recommended links. The page name, brand category, and recommended links allow for the page to be listed appropriately within the Google+ platform, as well as within search engines. If Client has a working blog feed, Solid Cactus will attempt to feed the blog through the Google+ page.
Page Design and Implementation: Solid Cactus will design and implement one (1) profile image on the client’s Google+ business page. Solid Cactus will implement five (5) scrapbook photos with a text overlay. Photos will be reasonably chosen based upon communication and aesthetic value.
Tagline Text Creation: Solid Cactus will write one (1) tagline to be used in the Client's Page. Taglines will be approximately 10 words or less and will include at least one (1) relevant keyword phrase to the Client's website.
About Tab Text Creation: Solid Cactus will write approximately 150 words of search engine optimized text to complete the About Tab on the Google+ Business Page. Solid Cactus will research one (1) core keyword phrase relevant to the Client's website to be included naturally within the text. About Tab text may include information about the Client's website, business, products, services, or mission.
Google+ Direct Connect: Google+ Direct Connect reinforces the link between the Client website and Client Google+ page to Google, along with sharing relevancy data to Google for related search queries. Client must grant Solid Cactus access to Client website and comply with the Google+ Direct Connect guidelines, allowing Solid Cactus to add a small Google+ badge to the Client website. If unable to add Google+ badge to website, Client will add the Google+ code snippet to <head> section of Client website.
Revisions:
One (1) concept, in the form of social media postings, text creation, social media set-up, etc, will be provided to the client. Solid Cactus will honor two (2) small revisions to this.
Google+ Engagement: Solid Cactus will actively maintain the Client Google+ Page by updating the Page three times per week with status messages to best engage the Google+ connections of the Client, links to the Client website, images from the Client website, and other posts aimed to engage and cultivate Google+ connections and represent the Client brand.
Months 2-6: Google+ Page Management
Google+ Engagement: Solid Cactus will actively maintain the Client Google+ Page by updating the Page three times per week with status messages to best engage the Google+ connections of the Client, links to the Client website, images from the Client website, and other posts aimed to engage and cultivate Google+ connections and represent the Client brand.
