One-Time:
Introductory Questionnaire and Call - Solid Cactus will send client an introductory questionnaire to better understand the client's business and industry. Solid Cactus will then conduct a thirty (30) minute introductory call with client to review autoresponder best practices, implementation, and answer any follow-up questions.
Autoresponder Campaign Setup - Solid Cactus will set up an autoresponder campaign on behalf of the client, with up to 2 messages per campaign. Client must be a current SureResponse.com, 1ShoppingCart.com, CactusConnect.com or Solid Cactus eCommerce (SCeC) customer to utilize this service, or Client’s email service provider must have autoresponder creation capabilities. Solid Cactus will work with the Client to identify criteria under which a subscriber is to be added to a campaign, and Solid Cactus will set up the autoresponder campaign with the associated logic and the time frame under which the related emails are to be sent. Solid Cactus will create up to two triggered emails for this campaign, including formatting the pre-existing newsletter template into the autoresponder, writing up to 150 words of copy per autoresponder message, and including featured products in the autoresponder if applicable. Client must provide any additional banners, artwork, or imagery in an HTML format. |
