DB RESTORE: Tech Services will restore the store database to a previous date (within the last 14 days). Please advise the customer that a DB restore is destructive, in that it reverts all information in the store back to that date. This means that any orders and other items that have been added after the restore date will be lost. It is advised that they make backups of orders and other information so they have record after the restore is done. SITE RESTORE: Must be submitted within 30 days of site being deleted.(however if the site is still showing up in the dashboard and its; beyond 30 days, the site can be restored.
