Introductory Questionnaire and Call – Solid Cactus will send client an introductory questionnaire to better understand the client’s business and industry. Solid Cactus will then conduct a thirty (30) minute introductory call with client to review the Email Marketing Template workflows, discuss ideas, and answer any follow-up questions.
Email Template – Basic Branded – Solid Cactus will design and program an email template to be used in Client html emails. The template will include a header that features the Client’s logo. If no logo is present, header will feature the Client’s website name. The template will also include an unformatted area to be used for text and future email blast content. This service includes a single concept with no revisions. Client may upgrade to an Email Marketing Template – Fully Branded for an additional one-time fee of $400.
Provided Client is a current Cactus Connect or Solid Cactus eCommerce customer the email template will be implemented into the related application by Solid Cactus. Otherwise, Solid Cactus will provide Client with a .zip file containing the email template including the related images and sliced HTML.

Design and programming of an email template to be used in Client html emails.
The template will include the client's pre-existing website header and footer, a blank placeholder area to populate an email banner, and blank placeholder areas to populate featured products and copy. If no header is present on the website, header will feature the Client’s website name. The concept will be based on existing branding efforts of Client. This service includes a single concept with one small revision.
