After the initial phone call is held, a questionnaire is sent to the client. Once the account manager receives the completed questionnaire, the set-up period will be finished no later than ten business days from the date of receipt.

Based on the client's feedback and available budget, Solid Cactus will perform the following:
- Start with putting client on 3+ CSE's depending upon the client's budget.
- Recommend certain CSE's depending on the products.
