Chats will NOT be billed by the minute or by the length of chat but by the NUMBER of chats over a monthly period. Each month Client will receive a report which will detail:
- Number of chats
- Disposition Sale, questions, customer service, etc.
- Chat transcripts
NOTE: Chat transcripts will be available on a monthly basis at no charge. If the client wants weekly reports and chat transcripts, these can be provided for an additional $25/week. Please note that if needed in the order notes.
There is a 50 chat minimum which means the monthly charge is $100. That includes:
Our agents answering each chat, the chat software, and monthly reporting. If they do less than 50 chats they would still pay for 50 chats each month ($100)
Unused chats do not rollover to the next month. Additional chats are $2.
For Example: If the client does 7 chats the minimum charge applies at $100.
If the client has 70 chats, they would pay $100 + $2 for each chat above 50. 20x$2 = 40.
TOTAL CHARGE is $140 for that month.
- Each service, which has a set up fee associated with it, should be specified that the set-up fee is charged immediately.
- Any service which has a set up fee – we can waive the setup fee with management approval. The dropdowns that indicate $0 set up fee need to specify “with management approval”.
- Billing begins on the 1st of the month following sales date, provided at least 30-days have passed, or when actual service starts – whichever comes first.
