Services will include:
 
  - Client will be provided a toll free number to be used on website and sales collateral or Client can use their local phone number to be answered by Solid Cactus’s representatives.
  - Solid Cactus will answer client’s phone calls according to an approved script.
  - Solid Cactus will take messages and forward the information to the Client via email.
  - Solid Cactus will forward calls to Client, designated employee, or Client’s designated voice mailbox. Monthly fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to forward calls. (optional)
 
 Hours of operation for Solid Cactus Call Center are 8:00a.m. – midnight (EST), Monday – Friday and 9:00a.m – 9:00p.m. on weekends.
 No additional fees or charges are applied for use of answering services for nights or weekends.
 
 Setup will include Call Center Account Management assistance in completing a brief survey. This will allow our representatives to have a basic knowledge of Client’s business.
